The company is having 3 coating lines, each line consuming 100 KVA average with additional 100KVA for other utilities, such as Fuel oil heater, compressors, thermic fluid heater, cooling tower, etc (at operating load condition / Not connected load). Therefore totally 400 KVA at operating condition. But all the above loads are not simultaneously ON for period of time, this loading will vary according to the controller ON/OFF, compressor ON/OFF, T.F.H. ON/OFF etc. So the company reaches the average Maximum Demand (MD) of 346 K.V.A. in our total sanctioned demand of 350 K.V.A.so far.(click here)
